Limited possibility of delivery to private individuals
As an importer/distributor, we primarily supply business customers. Private individuals can only obtain our products upon request by email (info@maclean.pro). Deliveries to private individuals are made exclusively at retail prices, upon prepayment, and on the condition that the products cannot be returned.
Private individuals cannot order from us online, as this requires an authorized business account. As a wholesaler, we are not equipped to send documentation to private individuals. Product information is only available on our website.
What should I do if I, as a private individual, need a new part?
If you would like to replace a defective product from a brand we carry, please email a photo of the product to info@maclean.pro so we can assess whether we can assist you further.
Warranty claims from private individuals
We do not offer any warranty on products we have not supplied to you directly. For warranty claims, please always contact your supplier.
