Limited possibility of delivery to private individuals

As an importer/distributor, we mainly supply to business customers. Private individuals can only request our products via email ( info@maclean.pro ). Delivery takes place exclusively at consumer prices, upon payment in advance and on the condition that products cannot be returned.

Private individuals cannot order online from us as they require an authorized business account. As a wholesaler, we are not set up to send documentation to private individuals. Product information can only be found on this website.

What should I do if I, as a private individual, need a new part?

If you wish to replace a defective product from a brand that we carry, you can email a photo to info@maclean.pro so that we can assess whether we can help you.

Warranty claims from private individuals

Naturally, we do not provide a warranty on products that we have not supplied to you ourselves. For warranty cases, you must always contact your own supplier.
